Terms of service
Last updated October 23, 2026.
These terms govern your use of hackedwebsiterepair.com and the free tools and services offered by Hacked Website Repair ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
The free tool
Our checker is provided free and "as is", for checking websites you own or are authorised to check. It reads the public response a site already returns; it does not log in, attack, or modify any site. Results are informational and may not be complete — always confirm critical findings independently.
Acceptable use
- Use the tool only on sites you own or have permission to assess.
- Do not use the site to break the law, or to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer our service.
Paid services
Any paid work (such as patching, upgrades or site cleanup) is a separate engagement, quoted and agreed before it begins. Prices shown on the site are indicative. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm scope and price with you in writing.
No warranty
The free tools and the site are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a result is exhaustive. Security is probabilistic; a "clean" result is not a guarantee that a site is uncompromised.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tools or the site. Our liability for any paid service is set out in that service's own agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
